As Senior Purchasing Manageryou will:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies and policies to optimize procurement processes.
- Manage and oversee the entire procurement cycle, including contracting, negotiation, sourcing, and supplier management.
- Provide coaching and mentoring for the team delegated to perform daily purchasing activities functions.
- Design and implement key performance indicators to measure the progress and success of the procurement.
- Conduct regular meetings with suppliers and key stakeholders to ensure the contracts are performing as expected and that any concerns are communicated in a timely manner ensuring the avoidance of service disruption.
We expect you to have:
- Hands-on experience working in a procurement environment. Senior level preferred.
- Experience of managing complex contracts.
- Ability to build and maintain effective and productive relationships with colleagues and suppliers.
- Good communication, negotiation, interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Analytical, numerically astute with strong demonstrated problem-solving abilities.
- Time management and task prioritizing skills.
- Strong attention to details and high sense of responsibility.
- Familiarity with an ERP systems.
- Fluency in English.
