Job description

Your Responsibilities:

Collaborate within cross-functional team including counterparts engineers, solution architects, business analysts and business stakeholders in software solutions development
Take responsibility in software solution development lifecycle phases – from design to deployment applying Agile Scrum practices
Apply a sense of commitment and focus on the right priorities in developing software solutions in a timely manner, manage stakeholders’ expectations
Deliver well-architected, secure, user experience focused and scalable software solutions
Contribute to software engineers’ community by defining development standards and best practices to be applied in solutions developed
Take responsibility in technical solution documentation
Collaborate and add value through participation in peer code reviews, retrospectives, providing comments and suggestions
Perform technical root cause analysis and come up with corrective actions for given problems
Demonstrate responsibility for Quality Assurance throughout software solution development lifecycle phases, provide fixes where necessary
Work independently
Act as a mentor to less experienced software engineers

Our expectations:

Proven development experience with the Microsoft Dynamics AX
Good functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics D365/AX standard solutions
Proven experience in defining or contributing to software solution architecture
Passion for building clean and testable code
Practical experience with scrum and agile development
Experience in managing infrastructure
Knowing the most effective and efficient processes for getting things done, with a focus on continuous improvement
Holding oneself and others accountable for meeting commitments
Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions
Building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives
Seeing ahead to future possibilities and translating them into breakthrough strategies
