Nature of work:
- Development of new markets, knowledge (customers, carriers);
- Baltic FLT cargo transportation experience between Western countries;
- Experience in developing new lines;
- Playing an active role in managing the Customer Service supplier related work from Global Customer Services;
- Conduct regular strategic business reviews with suppliers and stakeholder to ensure continuous improvement of the supply base;
- Implementing quality agreements with subcontractors / suppliers;
- Identify relevant Continuous Improvement opportunities based on performance monitoring, certification, auditing, supplier visits and other types of feedback;
- Ability to work closely as a team, bringing issues up openly and timely;
- Regular reporting on project status;
- Initiating meetings, training when necessary;
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience as a Supplier Manager or Sourcing, Contracting , Supplier/Risk Management or Analyst role;
- 3 years of experience in strategy development, process design, and project delivery;
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement that enhances and improves the products and services we offer, through the implementation/maintenance of ISO 9001, problem-solving tools, and continual improvement techniques;
- Solves Problems and Analyses Issues - Is able to ask effective questions and collect facts from multiple sources in order to solve problems;
- Strong communication skills and a positive mindset;
- Good technical understanding both theoretical and from practice;

1600-2500 €/mon. net
