Functions:

🔹 SEO audit, internal and technical SEO analysis. Strategic suggestions for preparing an internal SEO strategy.
🔹 Conducting market keyword research and strategic selection of keywords for business. The ability to conduct research in Lithuanian and English is mandatory.
🔹 SEO competitor analysis, market analysis. Strategic suggestions for preparing an internal SEO strategy. Monitoring results and proposing related strategic solutions.
🔹 Full implementation of internal and technical SEO tasks: structural, content changes on the website (WordPress, WIX, Shopify), improvement of technical parameters and error resolution. (Copywriting skills are not mandatory, writers work in the team).
🔹 Implementation of external SEO tasks: search for portals and partners, hosting external links, cooperation with existing agency partners. Preparation and full delegation of tasks for writing articles and other texts before placing them in the source.
🔹 SEO results monitoring, preparation of reports and related recommendations. Providing timely SEO solutions while managing the brand's SEO budget.
🔹 Constant interest in SEO news, algorithms, applications of AI technologies in daily processes, good experiences and practices, strategies. Bringing innovative strategies, work methods and tool news to the team.

🔹 At least 1 year of work experience as an SEO specialist, preferably in the e-commerce sector.
🔹Example-based practical experience in implementing successful internal and external SEO strategies.
🔹 Perfect knowledge of Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog (other tools are an advantage).
🔹 Impeccable knowledge of website administration Worpdress, WIX, Shopify. Knowledge of other CMS is a strong advantage.
🔹 Excellent understanding of the technical aspects of SEO, including website speed optimization, identifying and resolving technical issues, rendering the website correctly on different devices.
🔹 Strong analytical skills and ability to act on data, strategic thinking. Strong logical and creative skills.
🔹 Project management skills, ability to plan time, manage own tasks and related communication. Responsibility and accountability.
🔹 Impeccable Lithuanian, English (reading and writing skills).
🔹 Excellent communication and teamwork skills, ability to work independently and in a team.
🔹 Willingness to learn, improve and grow in your position.
