Nature of work:
- Professional customer service in search of the best solution;
- Acceptance of customer orders, distribution of work, organization and control;
- Administration of customer technical database;
- Ordering and supplying parts to service workers;
- Preparation of repair estimates and coordination with clients;
- Cooperation with equipment manufacturers.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of agricultural machinery repair;
- Experience in communicating with customers in a similar field (would be an advantage);
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for results;
- Communicability, activity, responsibility and strong orientation to work results;
- English language skills;
- Russian language skills (would be an advantage);
- Category B driver's license.
