Nature of work
- Planning, organizing and supervising the daily activities of service workers, ensuring smooth and high-quality service work;
- Analysis of service performance results and indicators;
- Ensuring the working tools of service masters and their teams;
- Supervision of service workers' shifts, creation and control of work and holiday schedules;
- Evaluation and maintenance of the reliability of the equipment and tools used by the service;
- Consulting clients on repair issues;
- Ability to establish and maintain close business relationships with clients
- Quality assurance of provided services, management of customer complaints and claims;
- Maintenance of the general service procedure;
Employee requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in truck repair;
- Ability to work with a computer and quickly learn new computer systems;
- Communicability, activity;
- Interest in technical innovations;
- Ability to simultaneously manage and distribute a large amount of information;
- Ability to lead teams;
- Organization, initiative and responsibility;
- Valid category B driver's license.
We will consider it an advantage
- Knowledge of truck structure, operating principles and repair;
- Experience in management would be an advantage;
- Analytical abilities;
- Knowledge of English and Russian;
