Service manager

In the newly opened modern service in Vilnius, Lentvarios st. 14 we are looking for a Service Work Manager. Your job would be:

Planning, organizing and supervising the daily activities of service workers, ensuring smooth and high-quality service work;
Testing of cars before repair and after repair, identifying faults;
Analysis of service performance results and indicators;
Ensuring the working tools of service masters and their teams;
Reliability evaluation and maintenance of equipment and tools used by the service;
Quality assurance of provided services;
Maintenance of general service order;

Has experience in service management;
You learn how to work with a computer and quickly learn new computer systems;
You are communicative and quick;
You are interested in technical innovations;
Able to simultaneously manage and distribute a large amount of information;
You are able to lead teams;
You are organized, proactive
Has a valid category B driver's license.

2500-3500 €/mon. gross
