DURING YOUR FIRST YEAR IN THIS POSITION, YOU WILL LEARN:
● About the entire manufacturing process of laser medical systems - from assembly to testing
● Diagnose device failures, communicate, train customers to work with products and work with other service processes

AFTER GAINING THE NECESSARY EXPERIENCE YOU WILL:
● You will carry out warranty and post-warranty repairs of laser medical systems, customer training for working with the system
● You will help solve malfunctions, advise customers on technical issues by e-mail. by mail and other means of communication
● You will analyze customer requirements, solve the issues that arise

● You have at least 2 years of professional experience working in a company in a similar field - you have practical experience in the assembly, repair, quality assurance, etc. of equipment or machinery.
● You are able to communicate in written and spoken English at C1 level
