A client of Stafferty - a company that offers tools, equipment and heavy equipment for professionals, invites a new colleague (Service Engineer) to join their cool team, who will be responsible for equipment installation, programming, tool repair service , maintenance and customer consulting.

Nature of work:

Installation, start-up, repair, troubleshooting and technical maintenance of equipment (lawn tractors and lawn mowers, petrol saws and trimmers, garage equipment, welding, production equipment, lawn robots);
Warranty and post-warranty service of electric and battery tools;
Providing technical consultations and offering new technical solutions to the client;
Performing service works according to customer needs and expectations;
Preparation of all necessary technical documentation and reports after maintenance works;
Performance of other tasks assigned by the direct manager, directly related to the duties and powers granted to the employee.

Requirements:

Higher/higher technical or engineering education;
Successful and at least 1-2 years of similar work experience;
Knowledge of the structure of professional tools and equipment;
Computer skills;
Ability to communicate with clients and maintain strong and long-term relationships with them;
Proficiency in English (reading and understanding);
category B driver's license;
Ability to work both independently and in a team, to cooperate;
Ability to prioritize and adapt to a dynamic work environment;
Orientation to the result, diligence, responsibility, honesty.
