- Acceptance of heavy vehicles in service, filling out documentation;
- Customer service and consulting live and by phone;
- Sale of service services and spare parts;
- Coordination of service works;
- Compiling invoices, estimates, working with the cash register.
Employee requirements
- Experience in the position of a service technician-receptionist or in the field of vehicle repair;
- Computer literacy;
- English/Russian. knowledge;
- B cat. driver's license;
- Good communication skills;
- Technical education is an advantage.
