Nature of work
- You will take care of customer service by phone, e-mail. by mail, and also directly (in Lithuanian, Russian, English);
- You will delegate work and communicate closely with repair technicians;
- You will have to plan the flow of service customers, you will be involved in drawing up and coordinating repair estimates together;
- You will coordinate the performance of work in the service;
- Looking for spare parts in the local market if needed;
- You will work with accounting documents (invoicing).
Employee requirements
- Work experience in a truck service as a foreman receiver or similar position is required.
- Good knowledge of truck construction and operating principles.
- Experience using specialized detail selection catalogs.
- Abroad. Good knowledge of English/Russian is required. German, Polish an advantage.*
