Job description
- Acceptance of orders for car repair;
- Client consultation;
- Management of customer calls;
- Managing the customer database;
- Management of documents (accounts, personal data protection).
Requirements
- Higher/higher education;
- Experience in planning and organizing car service work (at least ½ year);
- knowledge of the requirements for repair and maintenance of cars, their equipment and mechanisms;
- Knowledge of high customer service standards.
