We hope you:
- You have a university degree in engineering;
- You have at least 3 years of work experience in the field of mechanisms and motor vehicle repair and management;
- You know the structure, technical characteristics and technical service of mechanisms, equipment and vehicles;
- You understand the technological principles of motor vehicles, mechanism working mode, operational characteristics and repair;
- You speak and write Lithuanian very well (knowledge of other languages is an advantage);
- You are communicative and able to express your thoughts fluently in writing and orally;
- Public procurement in the organization (preparation of specifications);
- You have a valid category B driver's license.
We will trust you:
- Responsibility for the organization of the department's activities and the proper performance of functions and tasks;
- Supervise the processes of achieving department goals and implementing operational tasks;
- Supervise the work performed by subordinate employees and evaluate the quality of their work;
- Ensure proper storage, accounting and management of entrusted property, materials, tools and secondary production products and waste generated in the activity;
- Ensure that the technical sewage system is properly maintained;
- Ensure that the department's activities take into account sustainability and good practices that can be applied in the field of machinery repair;
- Ensure compliance with the relevant normative internal legal acts of the Company;
- To improve their qualifications and create conditions for their improvement by department specialists;
- Prepare documents related to the department's activities.

- Salary from 3,200 to 4,700 euros (before taxes). We will negotiate a specific reward, and the result will depend on your readiness to perform the functions entrusted to you and your existing competences;
