OBJECTIVES OF THE POSITION:

  • Effectively ensuring the operation of the service department - development of the department's strategy, smooth planning of service work, assessment of the impact of market and seasonality on the activity
  • Organizing the work of 3 mechanics, setting goals and tracking results
  • Communicating with clients, ensuring clear communication, fulfillment of expected obligations
  • Work with CRM, balance management systems
  • Analysis of department activity efficiency

WE HOPE THAT:

  • You have at least 3 years of work experience in the construction sector - in the fields of service, construction equipment
  • You have successful team management experience
  • You know the technical product

  • You have a strong sense of responsibility and customer orientation
  • You have skills in working with internal company systems
  • You have a driving license (category B)
  • You speak and write English fluently
