Employee requirements
More than 2 years of successful management experience. A very big plus would be the organization of similar service work (at tractor, car service or agricultural machinery)
Higher Education
Constant interest in innovations and the ability to apply them in practice.
Team building, management and development skills.
Knowledge of English and/or Russian.
