Nature of work

Active sale of service services to existing and new customers;
Customer reception and service;
Service quality control;
Completing car technical service documentation and providing customers with primary information about cars;
Preparation of service documents, work with the Automaster system;
Administration of phone calls.

Employee requirements

Higher / professional technical education;
Experience of similar work - an advantage;
General knowledge of car operation and details;
Experience with service administration programs - an advantage;
Ability to communicate with a variety of people;
Motivation to provide the best service to the customer;
Willingness to make money;
Organization, sense of responsibility;
English language skills;
Knowledge of Russian language - an advantage;
Computer skills;
Possibility to work a shift work schedule;
