- Ensuring the quality start-up and maintenance of installed heating devices (gas heating systems, air-water);
- Warranty and post-warranty service;
- Customer training and counseling over the phone.
Employee requirements:
- General understanding of plumbing and electrical equipment;
- Ability to clearly and comprehensibly explain to customers about the operation of the equipment;
- Category B driver's license.
