You will take care of:
- maintenance of heat management and other engineering systems of commercial objects;
- minor plumbing repairs;
- small electrical system maintenance works;
- transfer of defects to responsible persons;
- filling in the necessary documentation;
- ensuring the operation of the engineering equipment of the supervised object;
- writing off accounting devices;
- filling in technical documentation;
- troubleshooting and troubleshooting.
We hope you:
- you have a certificate of the person responsible for the heat economy (it may be invalid);
- you have work experience with heating systems;
- you have work experience with heat system control automation;
- you have a category B driver's license;
- you are characterized by responsibility and communication.
