Nature of work:
- maintenance of building engineering systems;
- compliance with scheduled work deadlines and quality assurance;
- application of preventive measures so that the problem does not recur;
- team motivation and maintenance of work plans;
- operation of the building heating system in compliance with the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania;
- creation of operation schedules for new facilities;
- remote control of heat points, provision of parameters.

- you have obtained an education in the field of heat energy;
- you have a heating engineer's certificate;
- you have similar work experience and 1+ years of management experience;
- you are diligent, result-oriented, communicative and able to make decisions independently;

- you have a driver's license.
