What will you do with us?
- You will ensure maintenance of the house's engineering systems (heat, water supply and sewage systems);
- you will ensure the timeliness and quality of maintenance work;
- you will find out the causes of malfunctions and take measures to prevent them;
- you will delegate tasks to your team and ensure that the work is done on time;
- you will carry out the operation of the heating system and pipeline of multi-apartment houses as regulated by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania;
- you will receive new facilities and prepare operating schedules.

- you have at least 1 year of team management experience.

Salary
From 3300 €/mon. gross
Remuneration is discussed in more detail during the meeting, taking into account the available competences and experience. Salary from 2000 EUR in hand plus bonuses based on work results.
