Nature of work
- User support of ERP, WMS, MES systems (registration and resolution of appeals), identification and escalation of repeated appeals (works with SAP and OnePack ERP);
- Decision and control of registered appeals;
- User consultations and training.
Employee requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in consulting and/or maintaining accounting (ERP), warehouse (WMS), production execution (MES) systems;
- English language. (at the level of a skilled user);
- Required personal qualities: analytical thinking, organization, responsibility, independence, teamwork skills.
Useful skills
- Experience in working with other ERP, MES, WMS systems;
- Russian. (an important advantage), other foreign languages;
- Experience working in geographically remote teams;
- Knowledge of production and supply chain processes.
