• I communicate only with existing clients of the company (incoming calls) 📞
  
• Being the voice of the company, you will ensure that customers are provided with the necessary information, which you will monitor in internal systems 📣
  
• You will try to ensure that customers remain satisfied after the interview after receiving detailed consultation on the issues that arise 🤩
  
• You will provide excellent service quality and be part of an innovative team 🏆
  
• You will receive continuous and diverse training that will help you become the best customer service manager(s) 🏅

• You are not afraid of challenges and a large amount of information;
  
• Has excellent knowledge of the Lithuanian language;
  
• You will be able to participate in trainings on working days from 9:00 - 18:00, which are planned from 01.22;
  
• Do not feel afraid to communicate with customers by phone;
  
• You are a communicative and responsible person;
  
• You can speak English or Russian fluently;
  
• Likes to help others solve situations;
  
• You understand that it is especially important to provide information to customers in a pleasant and high-quality manner.
