- Planning, coordinating routes, and optimizing and making delivery and collection time and costs more efficient.
- By monitoring the need for inventory (equipment, facilities, tools and other assets required for a smooth delivery process).
- Handling problematic and special shipments according to approved procedures
- Tracking and controlling shipment statuses
- Being able to provide the necessary information to our customers about the collection and delivery statuses of packages
- Collaborating with colleagues from other departments to resolve issues with problematic shipments

- Has excellent communication and work organization skills
- You don't like monotony and want every day at work to be different
- You react quickly and adequately to various situations, you feel responsible for your actions
- You are able to systematically plan, organize and control your activities
- You value teamwork, achieving common results and set goals
- You are always ready to go the extra mile to make the customer happy
- Has at least average written and spoken English skills
- Experience in logistics would be a great advantage, but not necessary. We believe that the desire to learn and work in this field is the first step to success
