What are the challenges ahead?
- Organization of own and the entire team's work and continuous monitoring of productivity and results;
- Optimal and dynamic distribution of team members in work areas;
- Continuous education and motivation of subordinate personnel;
- Processing of shipment documents;
- Solving problems;
- Other tasks assigned by the manager.
What are our expectations?
- Experience in the field of logistics (a big advantage);
- Good computer skills (MS Excel - understanding);
- Resistance to stress, organization, strong sense of responsibility;
- Communication, ability to motivate the team and clearly delegate tasks;
- Ability to work at night.
Work schedule:
Mon-Fri 22.00 - 07.00
