Our company is expanding rapidly, so we invite a new colleague to join the CONSTRO team! Nature of work:
- Preparation of estimates for engineering construction projects (electrical installation works in the areas of residential, industrial and commercial construction and shipbuilding);
- Analysis and systematization of technical documentation provided by the customer;
- Preparation of project estimates and budgets based on initial project information and technical requirements submitted by the customer;
- Preparation of commercial offers;
- Communication with suppliers, sending and managing requests;
- Price market analysis and systematization;
- Compilation of work, materials and machinery needs bulletins;
- Informing project managers with new project information before work begins;
- Formation of the calculation department, improvement of daily activities;
- Visiting objects to analyze the current situation, to determine and introduce the need for corrections in the calculations.
We hope you have:
- Higher engineering/construction education;
- At least 3 years of similar work experience;
- Excellent analytical skills, information management and systematic work skills;
- Diligence and attention to detail;
- Knowledge of English at a level not lower than B2.
- Strong orientation to results.
