The client of Eligo Partners is a company providing business support services in the international trade market. We are inviting an experienced and motivated Digital Marketing Team Leader to join our growing team.
Main responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of digital marketers by providing guidance, advice and feedback to help them achieve their goals and grow;
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, followers, engagement and lead generation;
- Cooperate with other teams ensuring the compatibility of all marketing initiatives;
- Communicate with suppliers regarding marketing and positioning of their brands in the market;
- Analyze and interpret key metrics and performance data;
- Be interested in the latest digital marketing trends and practices and implement innovative strategies;
- Communicate with external agencies as needed.
Requirements:
- Education in marketing, communication or related fields;
- At least 2 years of successful experience in the field of digital marketing;
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams;
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads and social media advertising platforms;
- Experience in budget management and efficient allocation of resources;
- Creative thinking, desire to keep up with market trends and look for new opportunities.
