Today, we are inviting a motivated and responsible Digital Project Managers to the Šiaulių bankas group team, who is ready ) to work in a team, make joint decisions, achieve set goals, would be open to discussion, would like to work in a culture based on trust and, of course, be #closer.

Every day you will be #closer to:

• I will analyze data and search for the best solutions in order to achieve higher performance of digital marketing campaigns and projects;
• You will ensure the introduction of a constant flow of customers by searching and testing the best working digital marketing tools, solutions, channels;
• I plan and administer digital content on the company's website and ensure effective e-mail. communications sent by post;
• You will manage digital projects and implement new solutions in order to achieve a better user experience on the Internet;
• You will work with colleagues from different departments to create and plan content for all digital channels;
• Collaborated with partners (digital agencies, freelancers, etc.).

To be #closer, you will need:

• Higher university education (economics, marketing - an advantage).
• Experience in digital marketing or digital project management, and experience in the financial sector would be an advantage;
• Very good digital data analysis and other tools like GA4, Google Ads, Hotjar, Meta, etc. knowledge;
• Experience in initiation, planning and administration of digital content, managing the content of websites and social networks;
• Know e-mail mail marketing: strategy, efficiency, segmentation and conversion generation;
• Experience in planning, organizing and managing digital projects and the ability to work with multi-functional teams;
• Analytical thinking, data and results orientation, data interpretation and task formulation skills;
• Communication, initiative and the ability to identify, set priorities and focus on the most valuable tasks;
• Knowledge of the English language.
