Nature of work
- We are the largest network of sports clubs in Lithuania and we offer you to take care of the customers of our Lemon Gym network!
- We invite you to join the team and take care of customer requests by phone, e-mail and other communication channels
- Of course, you will be responsible for quality customer service
- We will trust you 100%, so we will know that you will take excellent care of our customers and help them solve their problems
- Work in pre-arranged shifts: 08:00-17:00; 10:00-19:00; 12:00-21:00
What do we expect from you
- Orientation towards the goal, maintaining impeccable quality of communication;
- Similar work experience is an advantage;
- We also expect you to be able to work independently, set priorities effectively and manage time;
- Communicability, friendliness, positivity, fast work pace;
- Willingness to work in the field of customer service and courage to communicate;
- Optimism, perseverance, desire to learn and improve;
- Knowledge of the Russian language is an advantage.
