What does a call center manager do with us?
- Communicates with customers by phone and email
- Aims for every customer request to be received with attention and prompt assistance
- Resolves challenges related to order fulfillment in pursuit of the most efficient solutions

- Has experience in customer service (advantage)
- You communicate fluently and correctly in Lithuanian and you know Russian (a big advantage) and/or English
- Likes to help and has internal motivation and perseverance in finding the best solution to answer the customer's questions and solve various situations
- You feel good working in a team and independently
- Has good computer work and work organization skills
