Nature of work
- Preparation of part of the plot plan (SP) - preparation of plot relief formation, construction of communication communications and engineering networks for its needs, landscaping, territory arrangement solutions and project documentation.
- Land modeling in 3D environment;
- Knowledge of construction technical regulations;
- Teamwork with constructors and architects;
- Communication with customers;
- Planning, coordination and supervision of ongoing projects.
Employee requirements
- Higher technical/engineering education;
- Be able to work with Autodesk AutoCad, Civil software packages (Revit is an advantage);
- Be able to work with the Microsoft Office software package;
- 2-5 years of work experience;
- Certificate of project manager (advantage);
- Management work certificate (advantage).
