Nature of work

  • Assistance to clients in solving financial problems and advising on debt management issues;
  • Informing customers about incurred debts by phone, SMS, e-mail. by mail and other means;
  • Drawing up debt repayment schedules;
  • Tracking payments and sending reminders to Customers;
  • Work with TF Bank Customer Management systems;
  • Other assigned work related to the management and servicing of indebted Clients.

Employee requirements

  • Higher or higher education;
  • Excellent Lithuanian language skills. and Russian knowledge;
  • Experience in finance or debt collection (advantage);
  • Computer literacy, MS Office program management skills (Excel and Word);
  • High resistance to stress, attention to detail, speed, empathy, logical thinking and adaptability;
  • Communicability, initiative and desire to learn;
  • English language. payment is an advantage.

Salary
