Nature of work:
- pre-trial debt collection - friendly negotiations with debtors regarding debt repayment, providing information - about the size of the debt, details and methods of payment;
- constant communication with clients by e-mail and telephone;
- effective solution of the issues that have arisen;
- analysis, filling and administration of the information contained in the company's internal database.
Employee requirements:
- excellent knowledge of the Lithuanian language (oral and written);
- knowledge of English or Russian (advantage);
- good computer skills (MS Office programs);
- communication skills, communication, ability to offer alternative solutions and organization;
- work both in a team and individually, effectively planning and organizing your working time;
- similar work experience (advantage).
