DEPARTMENT MANAGER (warehouse work)

NATURE OF WORK

• Planning and control of department activities, distribution of work to employees;
• Control of the implementation of warehouse activity processes;
• Control of received documentation, preparation of reports;
• Employee education, motivation, evaluation;
• Prompt solution of emerging problems.

Work in a warehouse with a temperature of +4 degrees.
Schedule: 21:00-06:00, VII - IV.

REQUIREMENTS

• Managerial work experience in warehouse management, production, quality;
• Experience in managing warehouse, production management process development and optimization projects;
• Organizational skills of personnel management and task delegation;
• Ability to make reasoned strategic decisions;
• Responsibility, drive, promptness, leadership qualities and independence;
• Ability to work with MS Office programs;
• Russian. payment (advantage).
