Department manager at the H&M store in Vilnius, full-time

As a Department Manager(s), you will be responsible for overseeing your department and contributing to the store's sales and profits, as well as working with your team to ensure an excellent customer experience.

What are you doing:

• You always put our customers first and your top priority is to provide excellent customer service.
  
• You analyze sales KPIs and take action to increase sales and profits in your department.
  
• You create your team's schedule based on business needs and budget.
  
• You lead by example and enable your team to improve.
  
• You collaborate with the store's visual team and together create an inspiring and interesting customer experience.
  
• Follow and implement safety and security procedures to ensure the safety of employees and customers.

• You are able to perform several tasks at the same time, you like to work in a constantly changing environment.
  
• You have good analytical and commercial skills.
  
• You have sales and team management experience.
  
• You can work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  
• You speak/write Lithuanian well.
  
• You have knowledge of English at least B1 level.

We will complete the selection process once we have found suitable candidates, regardless of the validity period of the advertisement. The job position can be in any H&M store in Vilnius. Work is organized on a rolling schedule, as well as evenings and weekends.
