- preparation of contracts, commercial offers, preparation of answers to inquiries;
- agenda planning;
- communication with clients, partners, team members;
- other tasks assigned by the head of the department.
We hope to have:
- higher or higher education (can be a final year student in the engineering field);
- previous experience in the field of administration would be an advantage;
- English language skills - can speak and write;
- excellent knowledge of the Lithuanian language;
- good computer skills (MS Office package);
- communication skills - you like to communicate, take a responsible approach to assigned tasks, are organized.
