We are currently looking for a Business Client Insurance Manager in Vilnius to join our team. If you like to communicate, you know how to sell and you do it better every day, and adrenaline is a real vitamin for you to achieve victories, then we are looking for you.
What will your working day look like?
- Active search for clients, calls and meetings with them
- You will find out customer needs and attract new customers
- Sold insurance products to small business clients
- Collaborated with risk assessors and marketing managers to prepare new offers for clients

- Higher/higher education
- At least 2 years of sales experience (in the B2B segment would be an advantage), and if there is no experience, a strong desire to work in the field of sales!
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Orientation to the result
- Good computer skills (MS Office and other matters)
- Do you speak English?
- Driver's license - we said the job is dynamic, right?

Remuneration? For the first 6 months, while you strengthen your competences, learn and improve - we will pay you 1,800 EUR (before taxes), which consists of a fixed part of 1,135 EUR and an additional 665 EUR. From the 7th month of work, the remuneration consists of a fixed part of EUR 1,135 and a variable part, which is unlimited and depends on the employee's own results (on average, monthly bonuses amount to EUR 1,300 (before taxes)).
