Are you a creative dynamo with a passion for crafting captivating content? 🍬🎥 We're on the hunt for a Social Media Manager & Content Creator to join our Candy POP crew and take our online presence to the next level! The person behind this role will be the catalyst behind digital campaigns, focusing on the development and execution of strategic creative concepts across major platforms like Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our brand goals and target audience;
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track the success of social media campaigns;
- Dream up wild and wacky social media campaigns, contests, and promotions that'll have everyone talking (and craving candy);
- Stay at the forefront of social media trends, consistently bringing in innovative ideas to enhance our organic social media presence;
- Dive into the world of video content and create engaging and shareable content across major platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok;
- Build and nurture a vibrant online community that's buzzing with excitement;
- Identify and leverage opportunities for social media partnerships, collaborate with influencers to expand our reach, impact, and spread the sweet Candy POP vibes far and wide.
We expect candidate to have:
- Have at least 3 years of experience in social media, creative marketing, or content management;
- A deep love and knowledge of video content and its power to captivate audiences: TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts;
- Can spin creative ideas faster than a cotton candy machine and execute them seamlessly;
- On-camera Charisma: Confidence and enthusiasm to speak on camera for videos;
- Email Marketing Creation: Experience in crafting and designing newsletters for effective email marketing;
- Excellent copywriting skills in both Lithuanian and English, coupled with clear and engaging communication;
- Perfect time-management skills with the ability to coordinate tasks for other team members, including designers, copywriting freelancers, and agencies;
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment, showcasing adaptability and excellence under tight deadlines.
