Nature of work
- Collect primary information necessary for the organization of family assistance;
- Organize and provide the necessary assistance to the family;
- Cooperate with state and municipal institutions, social partners and other institutions, specialists of the SOS Children's Villages organization;
- Follow the approved Case Management method.
Employee requirements
- Education in the field of social work;
- Experience working with families or in another field of social work (we also value volunteering experience);
- Positivity, maintaining emotional balance in difficult situations;
- Ability to independently plan and organize one's work;
- Ability to easily establish contact with various people;
- Fluent in Lithuanian. (written and spoken), English and/or Russian payment is an advantage;
- Category B driver's license is an advantage.
