Nature of work
- organization of social services for residents of "Gemma" Vievios home;
- assessment of residents' social needs and creation of individual care plans, ensuring their implementation;
- promotion of residents' independence, support of available social skills;
- individual social assistance is provided to residents;
- representation of residents' interests;
- cooperation with various institutions;
- processing of social and activity documentation.
Work schedule when working with a full-time load of 1.0 I - IV: 08:00-17:00, V: 08:00-15:45, lunch break 45 min.
Cumulative working time accounting mode is applied, so that, if necessary, they can work on weekends as well.
We expect from you:
- higher social work education (inappropriate for social pedagogy);
- at least one year of social work experience, experience working with elderly people - your advantage;
- professional and modern approach to social work with elderly people, ability to apply new work methods;
- excellent communication skills, organization, sincerity, responsible approach to work;
- good computer literacy skills;
- Russian and/or English language skills (Your advantage).
