The Maltese team invites a social worker to work with teenagers!
Nature of work
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Organize social work and employment for teenagers, plan activities, educational activities, advise and ensure the quality of service provision;
- Prepare individual plans and other documentation related to the services provided;
- Develop young people's independence, form life skills;
- Cooperate with educational institutions and other specialists as needed.
Employee requirements
- Social work education;
- Similar work experience (advantage);
- Know the legal acts regulating social services;
- Ability to apply social work methods;
- Ability to manage, accumulate, analyze, summarize information and provide conclusions, communicate, cooperate and provide consultations, fluently and argumentatively teach ideas orally and in writing;
- Responsible attitude to work, honesty and duty, ability to cooperate;
