Nature of work
- Work as a social worker in VILNIUS;
- Work on a rolling schedule;
- To take care of children and young people growing up in permanent care;
- To help children and young people solve everyday and complex situations;
- Create relationships based on trust;
- Teach social skills and develop independence, form life skills;
- Create and maintain family traditions, daily routine, etc.;
- Spend free time together with children and young people, organize targeted educational activities;
- Cooperate with educational institutions, specialists or social partners.
Employee requirements
- Social work education;
- Experience of social work or voluntary work with teenagers and young people (not less than 1 year);
- Ability to work successfully in a team and take responsibility;
- Be organized and independent;
- Ability to easily find contact with young people and different people, tolerance and patience;
- Ability to maintain balance during emotional tension and stress;
- Good English language skills (written and spoken);
- Working on a flexible work schedule during the day and night.
