Organizes and carries out the activities of the Children's Day Center; assesses the need of children's day center visitors to receive social services according to the established procedure; seeks that the services and activities provided by the Children's Day Center meet the needs of the child and his family members and contribute to the comprehensive development of their personality, social and life skills; creates conditions in the Children's Day Center so that the child and his family members are motivated to participate in the center's activities; organizes and provides information, consultation, mediation and representation, development and support of social skills, socio-cultural and other services related to the child's education and employment, the protection of his rights, integration into the family, society (formation of social and hygiene habits, assistance in preparing lessons, etc. ); organizes the leisure activities of children attending the Children's Day Center; fills in the registration log and individual work plans for children attending the Children's Day Center; forms the file of service recipients of the Children's Day Center, collects and organizes documentation related to the provision of services; prepares plans and reports on their activities, analyzes and improves their work, makes suggestions for improving work; cooperates with institutions on issues of service provision, shares best practices; carries out dissemination about the provision of social services in the area of its performed functions.

the amount of salary depends on education, experience in social work, qualification category and bonuses for the achieved results.
