Job description
We are looking for a bold and creative Social Media Manager/Marketer to join us and be part of our revolution in the beauty industry. You will be our voice and face on social media, creating and sharing content that not only attracts attention, but also fosters community.
Main tasks
- Content creation, filming and editing for social networks: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube.
- New product launches and advertising campaigns.
- Increasing social media followers and community engagement.
- Reels, banner design and creative content planning.
- Working with the WooCommerce platform: uploading and updating products.
- Application and optimization of SEO strategies.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and content creation skills.
- Experience in social media management and content creation.
- Ability to analyze social network indicators, draw conclusions, make suggestions, generate ideas.
- Excellent Lithuanian language skills and excellent knowledge of English (not lower than B).
- Ability to follow and apply the latest social media trends.
- Advantage - experience with video editing programs.
- Experience with WooCommerce and SEO a plus.
- Experience using Canva, Adobe illustrator and Photoshop is a plus.
