SOCIAL MEDIA CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST

Your main tasks:

• You will examine discussions and customer questions in the social space Facebook;
• You will solve questions by contacting directly or by posting a public comment;
• You will register requests so that the client's question is resolved by company colleagues;
• You will cooperate with ESO colleagues to provide an appropriate and detailed response to the client;
• You will analyze customer referrals, quantities, topics that customers contact most often, keep statistics and provide your insights;
• You will contribute to the development and maintenance of the social network monitoring and analysis automation tool;
• You will perform other tasks assigned by your direct manager related to the nature of work and duties.

The fixed salary range for the position group is between EUR 1,597 and EUR 2,396 (excluding tax). A specific salary is offered taking into account work experience and competence. A variable part of the remuneration may be paid in addition to the salary.
