Nature of work
- Ensure technological supervision, control and improvement, optimization and work productivity of existing production processes;
- create and calculate product recipes, participate in the production of trial product samples;
- prepare operating instructions for products, HACCP, etc. food safety and quality system documents;
- participate in and implement projects carried out by the company;
- test manufactured products, determine quality parameters;
- participate in the development of new production processes and chocolate products and the improvement of existing ones;
- ensure the quality of raw materials and products, compliance with established standards;
- fill out reports and other documents;
- engage in continuous improvement activities.
Employee requirements
- Higher education in the field of food technology and at least 1 year of work experience as a technologist;
- knowledge of modern production technological processes;
- Knowledge of BRC standard requirements;
- ability to work in a team and gather other team members for effective activities;
- creativity, responsibility, organization, initiative and the ability to implement innovative ideas;
- good computer skills.
