Responsibilities:
- Organize kitchen work in cooperation with the chef and head chef
- Prepare food ensuring the highest quality standards
- Plan menu updates, introduce and test dishes, train team members
- Coordinate work in the team, delegate tasks and responsibilities
- Assist with inventories, orders, supplier relations and inventory management
- Ensure the quality of the food served, respond and solve guest satisfaction issues
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards and their observance in the kitchen
- Maintain cleanliness in work and food preparation areas and adhere to food safety standards
- Provide suggestions and ideas to improve kitchen operations, processes, menu choices and
- Maintain kitchen inventory and equipment, organize repairs and servicing as needed
Requirements for the candidate
- Professional education as a chef or similar work experience
- Good knowledge of food hygiene and safety rules
- Ability to work in a team and cooperate
- Knowledge of food preparation technologies
- Ability to use kitchen equipment
- Flexibility and ability to effectively perform different types of tasks
- Interest in gastronomy and innovation
- Good English communication skills
