Nature of work
The work consists of various types of tasks, but the main goal is to ensure smooth operation of the spa and a good customer experience. Daily tasks:
- Registration of customers, provision of information, monitoring of work schedule
- Organization of activities and ensuring general order
- Registration and distribution of correspondence
- Ordering and administration of goods, tools and services intended for the company's activities and work
- Preparation and administration of company documents
- Working with a computer, cash register, telephone
- Sustainable use and maintenance of machines, energy and work tools
- Website and social network administration (FB/Instagram)
- Ensuring smooth internal communication
- Reporting
- Carrying out tasks delegated by the manager and helping colleagues
Employee requirements
- High communication and communication skills in both Lithuanian and English.
- Knowledge of correspondence
- Computer and social. network literacy
- Responsibility and orderliness
- Representativeness
- Ability to work in a team
