Nature of work
- Management, maintenance and control of receptions of the health center "Energetikas" and SPA "Amber Palace";
- coordination, control and motivation of the work of staff (administrators of clients' health managers, SPA specialists);
- communication with customers;
- guest registration and check-out control;
- work with the accommodation program;
- creation of work schedules and timesheets;
- prompt solution of problems;
- management of conflict situations.
Employee requirements
- Managerial work experience of at least 2 years;
- The head of the reception or chief. registrar work experience is a big advantage;
- excellent English and Russian language skills;
- excellent computer literacy;
- responsibility, flexibility and diligence;
- communication, ability to work in a dynamic environment;
- guest orientation;
- impeccable communication skills;
- excellent personnel management skills;
- honesty.
