Nature of work
- Ensure continuous improvement and implementation of technological-production processes of the press;
- Ensure production quality;
- Systematize technological information;
- Organize tests and analyze their results;
- Technological implementation of non-standard orders;
- Finding and implementing new technological opportunities;
- Search for alternative solutions;
- Analysis of qualitative, production data and statistics;
- Participate in the preparation of department employees' job regulations, certification conditions, incentive system, work instructions.
Employee requirements
- Similar work experience;
- Leadership experience;
- Know the principles of production and work organization;
- Know the technology of printing, finishing processes, work specifics, production
- Know the trends in publishing and printing processes;
- Know the peculiarities of planning, management, communication;
- Oral and written knowledge of English (advantage).
