Nature of work
- Spec. rental of equipment (cranes, excavators, tractors, turrets, etc.) and transport;
- With spec. administration of technical, transport rental and sales-related projects;
- Attracting new customers, conducting negotiations, preparing price offers and concluding contracts;
- Maintaining relations with existing clients;
- Consulting on equipment rental issues;
- Analysis of the competitive environment and customer needs;
- Organization of equipment removal/return to facilities;
- Ensuring smooth project planning and implementation process;
- Coordinating the work of subordinate employees in facilities, ensuring the quality of their work and constant control;
- Delivery of objects/works to the Clients and/or authorized institutions, reporting and delivery of works;
- Visiting clients, inspecting and evaluating objects;
- Professional representation of company services;
- Prompt problem solving.
Place of work: Jurbarkas, Kaunas, other cities.
Employee requirements
- At least 2 years of work experience in the field of equipment rental;
- Successful active sales experience and experience working with a team;
- Systematization, orientation towards the result, ambitiousness;
- Knowledge of English at a level not lower than B1, knowledge of other languages would be an advantage;
- Spec. technical, transport market knowledge;
- Computer literacy;
- Driver's licence B category.
